Both men and women can use the P90X system. One thing to note is that due to each video’s length, when first starting the program it is not likely that you will be able to get through an entire video in one exercise session, even if you are in good shape. However, if you followed all the phases of the program as recommended, it will take 90 days to finish. It is a hard workout to be sure, but you can follow it at your own pace and to the best of your ability.
